In PASEC, players take control of Sarah as she navigates through a dimly lit research facility filled with giant insectoids, crabs, and tentacles. The game is an action-packed side-scroller where Sarah must fight her way through enemies using combat mechanics, while also avoiding their horny advances. The goal is to find Sarah's sister, but the fate of other unwilling victims serves as a grim reminder of what could happen if she fails.

- Machine Translation
- Machine translation for all languages and a new font have been added. We are collecting awkward translations from all channels. Please let us know immediately!
- Hatchery Gameplay Expansion
- There have been changes to the gameplay after being abducted to the hatchery. You now have a total of 10 Trauma Counter points, and if it reaches 0, you automatically lose the game. The Trauma Counter increases by one level whenever the player chooses a submissive option. It resets back to 0 upon a successful escape.
- Punishment Wired Parasite, Anal Parasite
- Two new types of parasitic creatures have been added. These are inflicted as penalties if the player resists to escape from the hatchery. Once infected, they apply semi-permanently during gameplay. They can be removed using the Abortion skill or a level 2 medical bay surgery.
- Strange Fruit, Strange Meat
- You can now consume these items to satisfy hunger. There is a 50% chance of becoming infected with an anal parasite.
- Infected Trash Can
- Trash cans will now grow tentacles and turn into traps every day, proportional to the contamination level.
- Dropship
- Intro and escape animations have been added.
- Balance:
- The ammo capacity of the revolver has been reduced from 6 to 4 rounds. The ammo capacity upgrade increment for the revolver has been reduced from 1 to 0.5.
- Tentacle flowers can no longer attack multiple targets simultaneously.
